My signature one to one programme, The Survival Strategy, is set over 12 weeks separated into five key segments, the first of which begins with exploring our relationships with ourselves, our self-worth and self-acceptance. Then we move into our relationships with others and look at ways in which to deepen and strengthen those bonds. Building and maintaining healthy, sustainable, and empowered boundaries is the focus of the third segment. The fourth segment looks at how our belief and thought patterns impact our behaviour and finally we work with our mindset and our ability to respond to change.
