We have a great team of Therapists based at Croft Lodge. They have a wide range of experience and skills to help you move forward from how you are feeling.

 

All our Counsellors based at Brackley Wellbeing Centre are qualified, insured & belong to a governing body​. They follow the Ethical Framework set by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists.

We offer appointments Monday to Saturday, daytime & evenings.

Phil qualified in Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy in 1994, since then he has worked in a range of fields.

​

He has provided one to one counselling, workshops and customised support for individuals, business, athletics, theatre, TV and music performance. He has considerable experience with anxiety, panic attacks and the impact of our overloaded modern lives.

Phil provides a confidential, relaxed environment where clients have the opportunity to explore their lives in a safe, non-judgemental space.
