About the event

This is an introduction to help boost your wellbeing facilitated by Jane Bourton Dip C Hyp, NLP MP  who is an experienced, qualified Wellbeing Coach. 

We can feel guilty for putting our own needs first but when we start to look after our wellbeing every one around us benefits too. Jane will start to give you the tools to be kinder to yourself mentally, emotionally & physically. 

Jane will cover the four cornerstones of coaching :- 

    Creativity    Nutrition     Exercise    Relaxation   

CREATIVITY  Explain why it is so important in a more rounded life even with limited time/finances Explore the different types Work out what each person can fit into their life - use curiosity to expand how creativity can be much more than originally thought....   

NUTRITION  Explain how food choices have impact on physical and mental health Explore plant points and how this can be introduced into everyday living  (Based on research but Dr Megan Rossi)    Break  Include tasters and recipes   

EXERCISE  Body movement Benefits of Pilates, strength training, steps, balance Sitting Pilates stretches for desk dwellers!   

RELAXATION  Benefits of breathing, meditation & sleep Wordweaving to finish
